Laundromat FAQ
We are open 7 days a week, 8AM to 9PM.
Last wash is at 7:45PM.
Last dry is at 8:15PM.
Yes, we have friendly staff onsite.
We are currently coin-operated with ATM onsite. We will be implementing a laundry card system, soon.
Yes, we have several 6-load and 5-load washers; and plenty of 5-load and 3-load dryers. We also have plenty of 3-load and 2-load washers to accommodate your needs.
Wash and Fold FAQ
Our Drop-Off Service is available 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Our standard next-day service is $1.50 per pound for next-day turnaround and $2.00 per pound for same-day turnaround if dropped off by 3PM.
Yes, we offer same-day service for $2.00 per pound, which is paid at the time of drop-off. The same-day cutoff time is 3:00 PM, subject to attendant agreement and availability.
Yes, the minimum order is 10 pounds, resulting in a minimum charge of $15.
Your attendant will contact you upon completion, even if your order is finished before the expected turnaround time.
Yes, we have two locations where you can drop off your laundry:
Our Loganville location at 80 Bay Creek Road and our Gainesville location at 1618 Parkhill Drive.
Services and hours are the same at both locations: 8AM to 9PM daily.
Yes! Comforter pricing is based on size:
Cal King: $30
King: $25
Queen: $22
Full: $20
Twin: $15
Tablecloths are priced at $5 each. Items like rugs, pet beds, and sleeping bags are individually priced at the time of drop-off. We will try to accommodate any other specialty items; please see an attendant for pricing.
No we do not. We keep all orders separate to prevent cross-contamination and to avoid mix-ups.
Our standard service uses high-quality products, including Arm & Hammer detergent, Color Grabber sheets, and Bounce dryer sheets.
Yes! For a small fee of $1.00 per load, you can substitute or add premium products such as Tide, Gain, Downy, OxiClean, OdoBan, Degreaser, Spray 'n Wash, or Clorox.
We prioritize meeting your needs. Laundry is sorted and washed exactly according to the specific instructions you provide when you drop off your order or when you schedule your pickup online.
We do! We use Spray 'n Wash in the wash load if requested, which incurs a fee of $1.00 per load. We do not provide individual scrubbing or treatment of items prior to washing.
We strive to meet your laundry needs—that is our specialty! Please give our attendants your requests when dropping off your order, or detail your requests in the special instructions field when booking your pickup service. We will work with you to do our best.
Yes, we hang blouses, dresses, dress shirts, and slacks as part of our standard wash and fold service.
Hanging the standard items listed above is included. However, additional hanging for a large order may incur extra hanger costs. You are also welcome to provide your own hangers for us to use at no extra charge.
