A Family Tradition of Clean Clothes

Our story began just over 40 years ago with a simple, yet powerful idea: to build a family business centered around clean clothes and customer care. Our founders, Christen's great-grandfather, grandfather, and father, all worked together to open their first laundromat. What started as a single location quickly expanded, with the family growing their business to include multiple laundromats and dry cleaning stores all over the state of Georgia.

From Georgia Laundries to a Local Legacy

As the years passed, the business continued to evolve. Christen’s father became a distributor for Dexter laundromat equipment throughout the South, but the family never let go of their roots. They continued to operate a few special locations, including the two you see today in Gainesville and Loganville.

Christen, who now owns and operates these stores with her husband, literally grew up in this industry. Since 1983, she’s been surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the laundry business—the rhythmic hum of the machines, the bottles of detergent, and the unmistakable scent of dry cleaning. Most importantly, she grew up with a long-standing tradition of delivering excellent customer service. She often jokes that laundry quarters put her through college, and now she and her husband are continuing the legacy, hoping that one day, laundry quarters will also put their two boys through college.
